Wow lovely Energies and gorgeous souls at both the 4.30pm and 7pm Gong gathering / Sound journey’s last Saturday at playden , a lovely small but cosy hall.

With the nights drawing out slowly we had the return of the birds accompanying the 4.30 pm session.. it’s been a few  months since we heard this. .. lovely.

Special thanks to Vivien for her lush cookies and doing the teas.

Also Vivien brought her beautiful doe Shamanic Drum and is a regular with her lovely drumming at the beginning of our Sound journeys , lovely to combine my Drum and hers 

We celebrated our first year Gonging here at playden as last February whilst training , Jenna from sulfolk , who I meet on the Gong Practitioner course and myself held a joint Gong Bath here at playden. It was so successfully received I decided to continue holding them every first Saturday of each month with a 4.30 pm or 7 pm , the choice is yours.
