Fantastic afternoon yesterday , as we were asked to Gong a gathering lovely ladies on a Sunday retreat at Westernhanger Castle in Kent.

It was a first time for us and we( the Gongs and I ) really enjoyed it and so did everyone who joined us, it was their first experience of a Gong bath and proved to be a success all round.
