A lovely friendly venue so a good menu of food an drinks after to help ground you if you so choose to end your soothing journey by enjoying the available facilities ( payment an ordering re the club ) or feel free to drift off to soak up the sea vibes or home to just be .

Dont forget to bring something comfy to lie on plus a blanket an pillow or reclining deck chair , wear lose clothing .. be prepared to lose yourself in a sacred space with good sounds an vibrations for an hour ... exactly what we need at this great time of shifting energies creating new beginnings ..,
