They can be very clearing, cleansing even detoxing but also very relaxing. Give yourself this good hour to spent time on just you...

Please bring something comfy to lie on plus a blanket and pillow or a reclining deck chair, wear lose clothing , anything that helps you enjoy your journey.

Please bring some water with you for after although i will supply this and nibbles to ground you before you leave.

Its important no alcohol is drunk before your Sound journey ...most medical conditions are ok but please contact me before to check.
