Taught by Ann , over 17 years of experience. a local lady who makes this practice fun and very easy to pick up..

Drumming, chanting and singing songs of the earth... no experience needed, bring your drum if you have one or rattle..

we will have lots of drums..Shamanic/ frame drums or African ( Djembe) drums, rattles and other sound instruments.

Chance to have a play and release your inner self and voice with lots of drumming..rattling, chanting and a few sing songs... a jig or two ...its not an audition just about having fun, letting go and doing what we used to do years ago ...

There will be a Gong and Sound Journey to relax you after your morning , taking you nicely into a wholesome and warming homemade light lunch.

Completing your day retreat with a Reiki drum journey...

This day will include a homemade healthy lunch, fruit. hot beverages, biscuits and nibbles throughout the day.

We can assure you that it will be fun, full of laughter and good value..
