Taught by Ann , over 17 years of experience. a local lady who makes this practice fun and very easy to pick up..
Drumming, chanting and singing songs of the earth... no experience needed, bring your drum if you have one or rattle..
we will have lots of drums..Shamanic/ frame drums or African ( Djembe) drums, rattles and other sound instruments.
