About the event

The Gongs are played continuously through the night by experienced gong practioners

Jo-Anne Burchfield-james and

Angela Mason

We're delighted to bring to Pett, East Sussex the experience of an All night Gong Puja. Gong Players, so you can drift away or sleep, immersed in the healing sounds and vibrations.

Snoring , toilet and making a cuppa are allowed , talking is not allowed during the puja. its just like a sleepover but with the deep and beautiful sounds of the Gongs played all night experience not to be missed.

The term 'Puja' a sacred ritual or worship, was applied to the all night Gong Meditation by Don Conreaux, who recommends that it lasts for 7.5hours for maximum benefit to the mind, body and spirit - the equivalent of 10 x 45minute Gong baths.

Other than the Gong Sounds, silence is observed in the Gong Space.

Throughout the night, Jo-Anne and Angela will be holding the space and available for assistance if required.

In the early morning, the Gongs will go silent and the Gong Puja will be brought to an end.

Coming round in your own time you'll be able to freshen up in preparation for eating the breakfast you've brought, and the chance to come together in the energies we've created, for quiet conversation, grounding and sharing.

There will be no admittance once the Puja begins nor re-admittance if you leave the building.

A side room is available to retire to if needed.
