Being something comfy to lie on plus a blanket an pillow or a reclining deck chair... anything that helps sink into the sounds .

Deep healing , relaxing ,clearing an cleansing while we hold the space so you can take time out an forget any stresses..

We are moving steadily along towards the autumn equinox... and to celebrate we are holding a gong gathering/ sound journey on Friday 17 th sept 7-8 pm ...
